To get admission in MLISc. you have to complete the Bachelor's level and pass the entrance exam conducted by the dean's office of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. 
 

Educational tours, picnics, library visits, cultural programs on annual days, essay competitions, library skill-related workshops, etc. are recreational activities conducted during the course.

The cost of tuition fees is around Rs. 20,000/- per semester.

An internship is provided in the fourth semester as a mandatory part of the course of 30 working days duration. Additionally, the paid internship opportunities are also available in the libraries of Tribhuvan University for three months which can be extended up to six months depending on the performance.
