The Course of Masters' in Library and Information Science (MLISc.) academic program prepares students for careers in information management and librarianship. This Academic  Level covers a wide range of topics, including information organization and retrieval, research methods, and information technology. Students also complete a practicum in a library or information organization. 

The MLISc. program is designed for students who want to work in a variety of settings, including public libraries, academic libraries, special libraries, and information technology companies. Graduates of the program are prepared for a variety of careers, including librarian, information specialist, information architect, and knowledge manager.
