On April 27, 2082, the Central Department of Library and Information Science (CDLIS), with the support from the University Grants Commission (UGC), lunched a training program focused on the topics such as Google Apps, Grammarly, Literature Review Tools, Prompt Writing for AI, and Note-Taking from April 27 to April 29. During the inauguration, our special guests, HOD Dr. Lila Nyaichai, TUCL Chief, Mr. Sagar Raj Subedi, and Mr. Bhim Dhoj Shrestha shared their insight and thoughts about Artificial Intelligence (AI) in today’s era of technology. On the other hand, the program highlights the growing role of AI and addresses the necessity of digital technology in our daily lives. Artificial Intelligence has established its relevance and importance in our world. It has become essential to comprehend how it operates and processes information, allowing us to utilize AI for our benefit and convenience. Overall, the program aimed to empower participants with essential digital skills, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and adaptability in an increasingly digital landscape.

We had a special guest, connected with us online, Mr. Prabhu Shiv Singh, who is an expert in knowledge technology i.e. AI. He gave us a through showcase of the Project Jigyasa, the Thirst for Knowledge. He briefed us on the Landscape of Vedic Chastram, Chandas Chastram such as about the idea of Tibetan Buddhism. The main tools for the presentation is the Mind Maps which visually organize the information in a hierarchy. He talked bout the user Personas for the Product from Visitors, Tourists, Scholars, etc.  The main purpose of the session is to utilize the Mind map to visualize the geographical and cultural details. The sample of certain place for the convenience and ease for the tourists, who are willing to know about the depth of the monastery culture and Buddhism. It showcases the In general, it helps to create a Mass Catalogue of the Information Redesign and Recatalogue.
